I am an agent at Royal Soccer Scout Management Group who have represented more than 100 professional players and coaches signed professional contracts. What I do

Chief King Sports Management Agency will manage the careers of players, coaches, clubs, teams, and academies. CKSMA will lobby clubs for players and coaches and negotiate their contracts, image rights, and finances. For the clubs, academies, and teams, CKSMA will represent them in contract negotiations with players, and lobby for friendly games, CKSMA will organize tryouts for clubs, so that scouts will make selections for their clubs.

As someone who has been in sports for over 20 years, I have observed and understood some of the challenges that athletes, coaches, clubs, and Federations for finding the right players, the right club, organizing try-outs, negotiating contracts, and respecting the rules and regulations of each sporting discipline. Players and coaches concentrate most of their time training to get better and do not have the time for their branding, negotiating contracts, searching for the right clubs, managing their finances. The clubs and federations do not have the technical know-how to organize good professional tryouts. To do all these things, the basic requirements is preparing and writing exams to obtain a license which very few persons have worldwide licenses. I am a certified license agent and coupled with the knowledge gained from Full Sail University, I think CKSMA will be a success. With all this, CKSMA will help to reduce these difficulties for the athletes, coaches, clubs, and federations.

Finance is the planning for funding resources and raising, controlling, and disposing of my business (CKSMA) to attain my goal and maintain good relations between my business resources and the claim against these resources. Business finance in CKSMA is to perform several important functions. It is responsible for financial planning and capital budgeting for CKSMA, asset expansion, and machine replacement if they become obsolete or physically deteriorated. Proper expenditure planning is fundamental to CKSMA’s financial management.

From this course, I have learned all that is needed in business finance for my business (CKSMA). I have learned how to raise the requisite funds to meet the requirements of CKSMA business operations. How to maximize utilization of funds for earning a maximum return. The CKSMA’s funds must be efficiently managed to achieve the goal of the business.

I have learned how CKSMA’s basic finance function is to make investment decisions and determine the capital demand for these expenditures. CKSMA’s allocation of funds is important enough to achieve its long-run objectives.

Financial Control. I learned also how to control the investment by checking the actual against the plan, the investment in operating assets must be carefully supervised to maximize their efficient utilization. How to keep a vigilant eye on the flow of funds and supervise to protect the capital supplied by me and CKSMA creditors.

I have learned from this course how profit planning helps to anticipate the relationship between volume, costs, and profits and develop action plans to face surprises. It is, therefore, a prerequisite for optimizing investment and financing decisions for the Chief King Sports Management Agency (CKSMA).
